Review of Happy Death Day (2017) by Mijxero — 06 Jun 2018
So this was a movie that I rented expecting to possibly laugh at the bad horror movie. It ended up being a competent horror/comedy/mystery movie. I would say that the movie had quite a bit of charm and character development for a movie I expected nothing out of.
It even goes out of its way to reference Groundhog Day, poking fun at itself. It's not a masterpiece, but I really enjoyed it.
