Scream meets Groundhog Day. Though a fairly straight-forward and predictable plot, Happy Death Day does start out strong but then turns into a cliché of horror movie tropes, as well teen movie montages.
Overall I loved the cast and ideas, but it could have been fleshed out a little bit better.
