Review of Happenstance (2000) by Sinan K — 14 Mar 2008
Really liked this one - can't wait for the French Film fest coming up next week if there's even one film as good as this. At times disjointed and nonsensical, but everything comes into place as it progresses, and you realise how everything, and everyone in the film is interrelated.
Very interesting almost karmic perspective and theme, however unlikely such events may be. I liked the emphasis on seemingly inconsequential or meaningless actions which never turn out to be so. Think before you act! A message to be respected and heeded.
