Review of Hannibal (2001) by Terhi S — 04 Jan 2010

Yea although Hopkins is great as usual as Dr. Lecter this film just didn't really do it for me. Not to say I didn't enjoy it. It might actually be the most violent of the series. Jillian Moore just isn't quite as good as Foster.

I would have loved to seen Foster come back and also some more interaction between Starling and Lecter. Oldman looked disgusting and was kind of amusing. I will say I enjoyed Liotta eating his brain and now I am afraid of pigs.

I guess this is worth seeing if you are a fan of horror and of Dr. Lecter.
