You think that with all those years of TV, Miley Cyrus or Miley Stewart or whatever her actual name is, would actually know how to act instead of how to impersonate a cardboard cutout. But she somehow only knows how to sing in a high pitched voice and fall in and out of love with equally stiff actors.
The story as it is is bland and the undertones seem forced and unbelievable.
