Review of Hannah Montana: The Movie (2009) by Janet M — 24 Feb 2010
I've seen some bland, formulaic Disney flicks catering to young teenage girls before, but this has to be one of the all-time worst films to be released from the House of Mouse. The script throws out one unoriginal and painful comic contrivance after another, the acting is non-existent, and the "plot" of a contractor tying to tear down some community center in place of a mall (which, ironically enough, said target demographic spends their allowance money at, and probably watched this nonsense.
..in a mall!) is almost a non-event. But it's how the film ends that places this hypocritical piece of shit right along side "Doug's 1st Movie", "Max Keebler's Big Move", and "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End", etc, as a black mark on the Disney legend.
