Errrrrr... No idea what they were aiming for. Seemed to be about a young girl growing up in the world after being sheltered from humans for the first 16 years of her life. But written into a half finished story about a CIA cover-up involving genetic modification.
Interesting for a while but then goes precisely nowhere. Pretty poor fight scenes too! I'm sure it's hard to show a skinny little girl beating fully grown men to a pulp, but they they didn't come close to pulling it off.
