Hanna has special features on the dvd and it may have been a mistake for me to watch them first as I became rather annoyed by some things the director stated as well as the repetitiveness of the electronica music that plays on the dvd menus. Watching the alternate ending and the deleted scenes, I found myself further irritated by the electronica music as well as references to science. The movie won me over from the early scenes of Hanna with her father out in wild, northern wilderness to the chase throughout the story to the very end. It's a great action-thriller even if a lot is unexplained such as how she ate.

Or if she did eat very often. 8/10.
