Reincarnated in his own body, Clint Eastwood is killed twice but doesn't die, a living ghost who h(a)unts his murderers on the frontier of regulatory justice and remains capable of mercy. Well acted by great cast including the Skipper from Gilligan's Island as one of the bad guys.
The abrupt ending leaves the viewer to narrate their own conclusion.
