I would have to say that Hands of Steel (AKA Vendetta Dal Futuro, AKA Arms of Steel, AKA Atomic Cyborg, AKA Return of the Terminator) is one of the more entertaining bad movies that I've seen lately.
It has all the ingredients to be a totally boring action movie, but it has stuff coming right out of left field to keep you awake. It also not only is a ripoff of The Terminator, but also many other action movies at the time.
Not only do you get a human cyborg, but you also get a redneckathon with lots of arm wrestling, tow trucking and 18 wheeling hijinks. Don't get me wrong though. It's definitely not a good movie, but it has plenty of WTF moments, craziness and unintentional comedy to keep you entertained.
It also has John Saxon in it.
