I bought this movie on a whim when a local rental shop went under....and boy, am I glad I did! It's positively hysterical from beginning to end, featuring stand-out performances from Steve Coogan and Katherine Keener.
How can you not laugh at a film with a random musical number called 'Rock Me, Sexy Jesus,' a horrendously optimistic failed actor turned failed drama teacher, and a script that isn't afraid to bite the hand that feeds it by mocking its shooting location? Watch it, laugh heartily, and enjoy.
