Review of Hamlet (1996) by Geoff P — 29 Mar 2008
It's very long (there are no edits for the sake of film-making here!), but it is worth it. Set in a late Eigtheenth, early Nineteenth century world, this is one of the better versions of the stage play on film.
With an amazing cast, and Branagh at his pinnacle, it's well worth the aching bum after four hours viewing!
