Review of Halloweentown II: Kalabar's Revenge (2001) by Adam R — 31 Oct 2014
It's watchable, but not exactly the sequel I was hoping for. Disney was a little lazy with an implausible story, and Halloweentown seems like a different place than it was in the first film. They did a poor job of recreating the setting and atmosphere, but at least it still has a little charm left.
