Review of Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995) by David G — 30 Oct 2010

Im such a movie loser that I actually lost sleep as to who the MAN IN BLACK was after I watched Halloween 5. Unfortunately it ended up being a disappointment but not as a big load of shit as the Thorn plot.

By far the most violent of the Halloween sequels but more blood doesn't make it better then some of the other lackluster outings. There was barely a drop of blood in the original & it's a million times better.

Poor Donald Pleasence looking so frail in this & sadly his last movie. The producers cut is better then the theatrical if you get your hands on it. It makes a little more sense & Pleasence is in it more but it's still no great shakes.

I wish they didn't dust off this franchise & left it after part 2..well maybe part 3. Season of the Witch is damn fun.
