You'd think the point of sequels would be to move a story forward and expand on its familiar characters, and you'd be right! Why Halloween III forgets that and makes up its own ridiculous movie is beyond me.
Geeky Halloween masks bouncing around to a cute little song on TV...are not scary! And that's what this movie is all about: silly, irrelevant and random. The only similarity with its predecessors is that it takes place.
..on Halloween!
