Continuing on from the end of the first film. Laurie is taken to hospital to have her wounds treated. Michael Myers is still alive and quietly moves through the shadows of the streets. He tracks Laurie down to the hospital where he kills the nurses, doctors and ambulance drivers to get to her.
Dr. Loomis discovers that Laurie is actually Michael's sister, and gets to the hospital. To save Laurie, he starts a fire which badly burns him and supposedly kills Michael.
