Decent follow up, set later on the same night that "he" came home. Restricting Myers killing spree to a hospital (instead of the suburbs being his playground) helps crank up the tension as Michael continues his pursuit of Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis).
Donald Pleasence returns as the doctor trying to stop Myers murderous ways, though he obviously didn't have much luck as there were six more films in the franchise after this.
