Review of Halloween H20: 20 Years Later (1998) by Michael H — 07 Nov 2014
An interesting idea to make a 20 years later sequel after the first Halloween Movie, especially with the same two main characters in Laurie and the madman himself Michael Myers, good for a comeback. I actually found this more interesting and entertaining then the original.
The few video camera sequences in the original became stale and got boring after a while so I was glad they never brought that back in H20. Myers was alot scarier in this, his story is coordinated very well, Curtis puts on a satisfying performance as her vulnerable character Laurie.
With a character like Michael Myers and how scary he is and potential he was, I was hoping this franchise would build and build, but it never has, H20 was ok but never a horror classic. And the rest wasn't either.
