Review of Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers (1989) by Gun Ä — 27 Nov 2007
Halloween 4 was very good, intense with a killer ending. This movie picks up a year later and destroys all the tension built up by part 4. They turned Loomis into a psycho, which I hated. They killed off Rachel Carruthers 20 minutes in (WHY?) and replace her with the obnoxious Tina.
The characters are irritating and one-dimensional. But I give props to Danielle Harris, who was better here than in part 4.
