Enough, seriously. The creep burned to death. The whole "unkillable fiend" trope has segued from nightmarish to cartoonish. At least Donald Pleasanceâ??s Dr. Loomis also survived. With him the monotony is always bearable--indeed, we understand and sympathize because as we experience his nightmare in a strange parallel: When he asks, â??Why now, Michael?â?? we might ask the same thing with the producer in mind.
When shock and outrage overtakes the poor doctor that the nightmare wonâ??t end, we know just how he feels...
