Takeaway: The movie suffered from a disjointed superficial plot that lacked the ambiance of a slasher film and felt like the director couldn't decide what type of movie he was making; comedy or horror.
It will do good at the box office and it will earn high marks from mainstream critics because It literally felt like they were ticking off items on a check list of "must haves" for 2018 audiences.
