A brutal, twisted, and shocking study of the decomposition of the human mind. Halloween is brilliant and unforgettable. It cannot; however, be compared to 1978 classic that inspired it, because this is an entirely different film.
The director has taken a pitch perfect psychological thriller and turned it into an mind blowing and savagely real exploitation horror.
