Review of Hall Pass (2011)

By Jason Morgan (22) for Filmcritic.com (3,164) on 24 Feb 2011

While the promise of nudity and plenty of potty mouthed humor will be good enough for the teenage crowd, the rest of us should curb the marriage…

Review of Hall Pass (2011)

By Manohla Dargis (1,909) for New York Times (5,786) on 24 Feb 2011

Whatever the case, it's dispiriting that the draggiest, soppiest scenes in Hall Pass, as well as the most disgusting gag, involve women…

Review of Hall Pass (2011)

By Mack Bates (94) for Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (1,693) on 24 Feb 2011

Surprisingly, considering it's made by the Farrellys, Hall Pass fails to take full advantage of its premise…

Review of Hall Pass (2011)

By Linda Barnard (586) for Toronto Star (3,601) on 24 Feb 2011

Review of Hall Pass (2011)

By Colin Covert (1,936) for Minneapolis Star Tribune (2,416) on 24 Feb 2011

Hall Pass is the brothers' 10th movie, and their most gangbusters since Me, Myself & Irene…

Review of Hall Pass (2011)

By Carrie Rickey (1,198) for Philadelphia Inquirer (3,920) on 24 Feb 2011

Most gaspworthy is that this raunchy, transgressive comedy about would-be adulterers turns out to be a hot, wet reaffirmation of marriage…

Review of Hall Pass (2011)

By Keith Phipps (1,177) for AV Club (2,778) on 24 Feb 2011

Though the film never balances the grown-up stuff with the gross-out gags, it suggests the Farrellys might be able to do mature after all…

Review of Hall Pass (2011)

By Glenn Kenny (1,728) for MSN Movies (470) on 24 Feb 2011

Hall Pass is such a tiring and dispiriting enterprise in and of itself that using it as a potential springboard to contemplate why the Farrellys…

Review of Hall Pass (2011)

By Gary Thompson (1,554) for Philadelphia Daily News (1,596) on 24 Feb 2011

By Christopher Kelly (28) for Fort Worth Star-Telegram/DFW.com (553) on 24 Feb 2011

Any time a movie needs to resort to two sequences involving unexpected bowel moments for laughs, you know you're in trouble…

Review of Hall Pass (2011)

By Michael Phillips (2,622) for Chicago Tribune (6,211) on 24 Feb 2011

It's secondhand, vaguely resigned material. And while Sudeikis has some talent, he's not yet ready to co-anchor a feature comedy…

Review of Hall Pass (2011)

By Andrew O'hehir (1,324) for Salon.com (2,725) on 24 Feb 2011

Compared to, say, your average Adam Sandler movie it's a master class in film comedy. Oh, you will laugh…

Review of Hall Pass (2011)

By Lawrence Toppman (1,654) for Charlotte Observer (1,670) on 24 Feb 2011

Fans of their grossest stuff needn't fear: The Farrellys are still the guys who put the last three letters in crass, and their potty humor…

Review of Hall Pass (2011)

By J.r. Jones (1,066) for Chicago Reader (7,190) on 24 Feb 2011

Review of Hall Pass (2011)

By Bill Goodykoontz (2,123) for Arizona Republic (3,909) on 24 Feb 2011
