Review of Hall Pass (2011) by Chris H — 30 Dec 2012
In "Hall Pass" Hollywood gives yet another chance to this odd mix of light comedy relying on jokes of poop variety and moral story about family's values and fidelity. In other words, it's one more movie about immature males acting like dogs in heat and their über-competent and grown up spouses that have to tolerate the perpetual indignity of spending their life with a moron.
The concept didn't work in "The Break-up", "Couple's Retreat", "Nine Months" and countless other movies of that type and naturally it fails even here.
