Verys distinct and fresh drama with a subtle touch of documentary, Half Nelson is just the typical indie film with a different thing: the execution and "weird" screenplay. One of the other remarkable thing in this film is the wonderfull and natural performance delivered by one of the most talented and youngest actor in this "new wave"; Ryan Gosling.
