Review of Half Nelson (2006) by Trent W — 12 Aug 2012
My favorite Ryan Gosling performance by a mile. After all, playing a crackhead middle school teacher who is also the protagonist, must be a hard task. There are some truly scary images throughout, like Drey catching him high out of his mind in the school bathroom.
The relationship that ensues between the two is very interesting and very well acted. A must see.
