This film isn't funny nor is it long enough to be considered a serious film. It's not an art film, it's not anything. It's just kinda boring and about pot. There are two instances of it being funny.

When the film stops because of an exposed breast, and immediately afterward, a flung pirrahna. Other than that, it's a film about guys selling drugs to get their best friend out of jail. I think had Chapelle had more control over the creative process and ultimately what he wanted had been released, it'd be at least a watchable film.

For someone who normally will watch stoner comedies, and is not a stoner himself, this is an hour and 18 minutes of my life I will NOT get back.
