If you don't like musicals obviously you wont enjoy this, but having grown up watching them I loved this movie. The dancing was the stand out for me, the ensemble cast were fantastic and the 60s costumes and music were awesome.

The story itself went deeper then I had thought it would - I have yet to see the 1988 original film. The movie deals with issues of race segregation whilst dealing with one girl's dream to dance on national TV and to be accepted (due to her weight).

This movie was fast paced, uplifting and really enjoyable to watch. Good cast, great music and dancing, great movie.
