It was cute and fun. The best parts of the movie were the parts where it really wasn't taking itself very seriously and was nostalgically poking fun at all of the old time movies (westerns, musicals, water musicals, etc.
) The parts of the movie that dragged a little were when it tried to actually have a plot and be serious. It verged on being really good, but just stopped short.
