There are a lot of places you keep thinking its ramping up for something funny or intriguing but no. Just awkward, scripted interactions that fall flat. Not one laugh during the entire movie and then it just ends.
The best actor and scene in the whole movie was with Frances McDormand, sadly it was only one quick bit.
