Review of Hail, Caesar! (2016) by Alex W — 13 May 2016

One of the most disjointed, incoherent and utterly pointless films I've ever seen. It featured 5 minute musical segments that held no bearing on the overall story, served no purpose and we're not impressive nor original enough to be entertaining.

The character development was non-existent, the plot was wonky and it had no beginning, middle, or end. Truly a garbage film in every sense of the world. Not a comedy, not a dram, really not much of anything.

And believe it or not, I am not a harsh critic. I usually rate movies far higher than most people.
