The movie doesn't really have any sort of structure and is just full of different scenes that either hit or miss. I had a decent time with this movie and I thought it was amusing for the most part.
The performances are good and clearly intentionally over the top. The movie has moments where it drags for sure and you don't really get anything out of watching it. It's just a series of random scenes that can be fun to watch but the nonlinear style got a bit old for me by the end of it.
The good moments are great, and the rest don't really add much to the story, the little story there is. The Coens meant well making this movie but this is far from their best work. The actors in this movie do a serviceable job but they've all been involved in better movies.
It's a decent satire but nothing about it really stands out aside from a few scenes and performances.
