With young kids, 6 and 4, my wife and I struggle to go out to see big screen films these days so it's doubly tiresome when we hit a dud. The old couple sitting to the right of us must have been teenagers during the movie's time period and the wife fell asleep.

Twice, snoring loudly. I thought Clooney was in the wrong part. The younger player were great. The movie was a mess, compare it to the dark humor of The Player and you'll see why. Ghastly with some great moments.

But a series of vignettes, set pieces to what purpose. Sleep.
