As well observed and well put together as you'd expect from the Coens, but somewhat sporadically funny and lacking a compelling throughline. Not their best, but a lot of people's best is still worse than their mediocre.
Channing Tatum's homage to Gene Kelly is far, far better than most people will want to admit.
