I just want to say for the record, if you think that this film is going to be disappointing based on the director (Mel Gibson), you'd be surprised. Hacksaw Ridge may just be one of the best movies that has came out in cinema for the longest time, and that is saying a lot.
With an absolute compelling and thought-provoking story. Likable and believable characters. High intense and gruesome war action. A convincing romance. Emotional situations (You will cry at some point).
Amazing visuals and backgrounds. You name it, this film has everything!
