Review of Hackers (1995) by Matt C — 07 May 2018
Over 20 years later I finally get around to watching 'Hackers', how have I not seen this before? Really surprised at how poorly this is reviewed here because honestly I thought it was great. The film doesn't take itself, the concept of hacking or even really computers particularly seriously and as a result works great.
Man it's so funny, but as well as laughing at the film you do laugh with it as well. A great young cast, many in their earliest roles, Jolie is brilliant. Absolutely beautiful obviously but also a really funny and strong character.
Great film, made me smile all the way through. Soundtrack is incredible as well.
