Don't bother watching this if you have Se7en, Manhunter or Memories of Murder at hand. It's a poor mans...anything in this genre really. Interesting at times but mostly a confused and at times laughable serial killer thriller.
The performances are okay but the dialogue is flat and at times just attempts to explain the film. There are some nice unprdictable moments, but they just add to the mess. The beginning with dead babies is both shocking and twisted, but it sort of loses its edge once it falls into genre stereotypes.
