I like the extraordinary concept of this film. To be brief Ethan Mascarenhas aka Merlin had once been hailed as the world's best magician. His best friend who's also a magician couldn't stand upon Merlin's success and set up a trap during he performs one of his dangerous magic, turning him into a quadriplegic.
Couldn't move any of his arms or legs he is confined in his own wheelchair for 14 long years. Sophia his devoted and elegant care taker has done a marvelous job by nurturing him for 12 years. After surviving the tragic merlin writes a book turning into the inspirational role model of all the quadriplegic patients.
Also he hosts a radio program and always tries to mix humor with every word he says to his listeners. But on the day of 14th anniversary of tragic accident, he takes a decision nobody ever dreamed of.
He appeals the court for mercy killing. Will his suffering be an enough reason for a court to accept the appeal?
