Feels like a rough cut, there's a lot of dead space in the edit. The action sequences are trying so hard but it's all a bit flat. Clearly it's trying to sprinkle in the visual styles of far superior flicks and feels nondescript because of it.
To do so little with such a cast is quite amazing.
