Review of Gummo (1997) by Jesse E — 14 Jan 2010
This film is what I like to refer to as a "modern transgressive art film." Similar to that of John Waters in the 70's. This film is delightfully trashy, artistic, and the characters are rather amusing (and in some instances accurate if you've ever lived in a small meth town).
No plot here -- Just entertaining cinematic nihilism.
