Review of Guess Who (2005) by Movie K — 22 May 2009
A rather thin, weak and not so funny movie. Bernie Mac is good. And it is tiring to see Ashton Kutcher in his role. Always been some kind of weird dumb guy. Just about endurable movie. Ashton & Zoe Saldana is a couple.
They are going back to her parents place for the wedding party. At this time he quit his job. Bernie is sharp and sarcastic. He makes time tough for Ashton. Then he found out he had no job and expose him.
Vice versa, Bernie got expose for copying his vows from a book. Off the 2 ladies go. The 2 guys had a short bonding time and they went back to ask forgiveness the next day. But Ashton blew it. On the party day, Bernie find him back when he know the reason he quit his job was because of some remarks on his girlfriend been black.
Ashton went back and got back with his girl. Eventually a happy ending in the end. Kind of good when the ending credits is play in the dvd menu interface style.
