Review of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 (2023) by Tellmikeyy — 06 May 2023
An emotional rollercoaster that left me with a happy ending to this amazing trilogy. James Gunn really did tie all the loose ends and elements of the first two films into this climactic finish. I went from not caring too much for Rocket to sitting in a theatre seat teary eyed watching his flashbacks. The humor was great, action was great, visually stunning, it was truly a great MCU film. My only negatives against the film were the 1) script for Adam Warlock (felt like he could of had some more development) but that's me stretching for something to pull.
2) The end credit scenes not really giving us to much to work with in the MCU's future (again stretching to pull something) Lastly, High Evolutionary has entered the MCU's top echelon of true villians.
