Review of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017) by Smodcast — 19 May 2017
The humor in this movie is unrelenting. Almost to its own detriment, but it still manages to pack in a lot of heart. While the first was fresh and exciting, this digs deeper into its characters. No simple feat, considering how much is going on.
It makes new favorites of old characters( and some new ) and while the some things may put off some, the sum of its parts is something to be admired.
