While Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 lacked the surprise from the original, it did not lack any of it's humor or action. It was fun and the fact that it still holds up to the original is amazing. Of course, it is not flawless.
It has plot holes and some not so great moments. But in the end - this is an entertaining and surprisingly character driven movie and it is one of my favorite movies of 2017.
