Review of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017) by Masterriley — 04 May 2017
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is a great follow up to the 2014 original. It brings back the same memorable group of characters on a brand new space adventure filled with lots of funny moments and awesome action/special effects.
This story dives deeper into Peter Quill's past and further explores the relationships between the various characters, really making it feel like a more personal story. And of course the overall aesthetic of the movie is fantastic just like the first, with iconic music choices and colourful visuals making this a gorgeous movie to both watch and listen to.
If you liked the style of the first movie, then you'll dig this one too.
