I liked it as much as (but for completely different reasons) I liked the first. Where as the first was intro-stories, action, comedy and galaxy-saving with a pinch of emotional connection, this was backstory, revenge, plot twists and dramatic revelation with a dose of action, comedy and galaxy-saving thrown in.
Even though it was different, it maintained the recipe that made the first movie so much fun...the connection between the Guardians.
