In terms of pure entertainment value, it was funny with a great cast and a decent references. But as a film, it was too fast paced and silly and excessive on the visuals. I like Marvel. Only this wasn't one of their best movies.
It'll probably end up somewhere in the middle. But hey, it was a good laugh while I was watching it.
