The good things: Interesting characters, some humorous moments.
The bad things: Shallow character development, cliche plot, mostly childish humor.
When I watched this, I had never read the comics, and I honestly didn't know what to expect, except I assumed from the poster that it would be Star Wars-esque if a bit more comics-inspired. Instead, you should probably consider it a family-oriented sci-fi action-comedy with hints of adventure.
