Review of Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) by Gabriel L — 17 Jan 2018

In a world of superheros, villans, and explosions comes Guardians of the galaxy vol.1. Starring Chris Platt as Starlord, Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Dave Bautista as Drax, Vin diesel as Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket. Chris Platt (Star Lord) is a bounty hunter trying to strike it rich, when little does he know he himself has a pretty big bounty on him for stealing an extremely powerful orb. That's when Groot, and Rocket come in and try make him unconscious to turn him in. little do they know they have more competition, Gamora and Drax have the same plan as rocket, and Groot. A huge fight breaks out and they all get knocked out, and put in jail. That's when they try and work as a team and bust out of jail to get the orb, and save the universe. If the orb is in the wrong hands it can completely destroy the universe. James Gunn is the director of many movies like Scooby Doo, Slither both of the Guardians of the galaxy movies and more.

Overall, The movie looks great, It has beautiful scenery, and the fights are over the top. The movie also has great humor, with lots of fights! The action has you on the end of your seat with crazy stunts. However, the plot of the movie is lacking. We really never get sense of what there trying to do besides fight hordes of people. If you were a fan of the avengers, this is a must watch, With great humor and excellent action! Overall I give this movie a five out of five stars! So pop some popcorn, and watch the best Marvel movie!
