Pump up your volume, relax and enjoy this fun Sci-Fi adrenaline rush . With very well made visual effects and beautifully shot Sci-Fi themed settings. Marvel / Disney didn't disappoints me at all. James Gunn delivers the goods as he does made me surprise a little bit.

F-U-N.. That was all fun and I really enjoyed it. From start to bottom I did enjoy every second of it. I thought, it was more of a character driven film but it does in a spectacular way. From the moment Peter Quill (Chris Pratt) opens up the scene with his headset on and a classic Walkman, and tracks like "Hooked on a Feeling" by Blue Suede, I thought damn, feels like this film just turned back the clock.

The humor in this film is just hilarious. I mean the brilliant screenwriting, every dialogue in this film just freaking nailed it. It's just pure genius, from its storytelling development as well as its characterization.

Everybody showed up very well. The character of Chris Pratt as Peter Quill is one of the main reason why this film is so funny. He is very charismatic like he's like your everyday smart ass guy. I'm not even into Marvel comics, but man, how good the characters in this film are.

Groot just says " I am Groot" all the freaking time and they respond it in a very hilarious way. I was laughing my ass off. Rocket thinks he is a smart one yet he is very funny to me. Tremendous voice acting by Cooper on this one.

Drax is the brute guy and the aggressive one of the group. Like he thinks of killing Ronan every time he remember the past (has issues on the past with Ronan) and to avenge his family. Gamora is more of a serious yet a person of honor, she has good skills too.

Every single character of this film is memorable. They portrayed it very well that you can even memorized their roles and names. Even the soldiers, and most especially the Villains. I got goosebumps when I saw Thanos for a bit.

And Ronan as the main villain. This dude is a badass. He kinda reminds me of a death metal vocalist as his voice fits his looks well. He's got the looks of it though. I thought from the trailer alone, it could be as cheesy as it could get where you see a raccoon and a huge monster tree, together with some bunch of weird type of sci-fi beings, I was like "what the hell is this sh*t? I mean can they do better than that?" but boy oh boy I was wrong, very wrong.

And ended up being the most memorable and exciting Sci-fi movie in recent years. I do really enjoy the whole Avengers thing and what's going on with those characters in it, but GOTG is just in a different world.

I don't even see them as Marvel Superheroes but I see them as a bunch of bounty hunters with unique abilities that can save the whole galaxy. I love the film, I enjoyed it and definitely will watch this one for many many, many times.

I definitely can't wait for its sequel and I hope, James Gunn would provide the same thing as what he did with this one. Simply a must watch and a must have Blu-ray. A perfect 5..
